We are excited to finally let you in on a little something we have been working on for a very long time!

OUR CONSERVATION SHIRT HAS LANDED!

These long sleeve UPF50+ shirts are beautiful in so many ways! From the wildlife adventure they take you on with their unique and vibrant artwork, to the functionality of long sleeves and a collar. But we didn’t just stop there, we decided that if we were going to make something, it was going to be more than just pretty! It had to make a difference , it had to help our earth and help reduce landfill and ocean plastics. We are proud to tell you that our shirt is made from recycled plastic bottles (rPET)! It takes around 7 plastic bottles to make one shirt! How amazing is that! This incredible fabric is moisture wicking, odour resistant and fast drying.

Features:

  • Made from 100% Post-consumer Recycled Polyester (rPET)
  • Australian wildlife artwork by Queensland artist, Maryanne Oliver
  • 5% of sales donated to Wildlife Warriors
  • Collar and long sleeves
  • UPF50+ Sun Protection

A few words from Australian artist- Maryanne Oliver:

I have been painting since as early as I can remember, my art has always been a very big part of who I am and very much part of the fabric that makes up my life and my world. I am blessed to have my art as my form of expression to the world for my purpose and my mission to create positivity and self belief. My art has taken me on many beautiful adventures all over the world and I enjoy the continual challenges and opportunities it brings my way. Each creative journey is my growth as a person and my small contribution to this life and making the world a better place. I believe each and every one of has the ability to make this world a better place. Through my art I express this wish for everyone. To radiate self love. To believe in themselves, to believe in their dreams and their purpose and to be brave enough to stand up for what they believe in. Positive energy radiates and when I am creating a piece of art, I am creating something that will hopefully reach out to people and help them believe in themselves and know they can make a difference.

INGREDIENTS
What a product is made from plays an important part of how it affects the environment. We are proud to offer our shirts from a material sourced from 100% Recycled Plastic Bottles(rPET). This sustainable alternative to regular fabric means less in landfill and our ocean paving our way towards making a difference.

The process of making the fabric is quite fascinating. The bottles are processed into flakes, these flakes are then melted, and yarns are pulled from the melted polyester. The result is a clean and raw material perfect for creating our shirts. rPET helps reduce the amount of waste going to landfill. Turning this waste into new products is a big step in the right direction for environmental sustainability within the fashion industry.

Long sleeve daze shirt

After spending time at Victoria harbour in September my husband and I spotted this beautiful shirt through the window one night and at the same time we said that’s beautiful. The next day went into the shop to purchase the plain blue one as the shop only held up to Xl at the time so I missed out but later on a few months past I actually came across it again online and I said wow they actually go up to a 4xl so me being me I asked my mum to purchase it for me as a Chrissy present and I love my daze shirt.

Great Quality

The quality of these shirts is honestly next level! and the attention to detail! The little treasure pockets! Wow! You can tell these babies have been designed by a Mumma who spends hours at the beach and exploring the outdoors with her own little tribe. My three kids live in theirs! and I love that I get the security of knowing they're protected from the sun, while also getting to look at the cuteness of that gorgeous Australian animal artwork! Love love love!
